The staff at this hotel made our stay truly wonderful. The service was exceptional and Samantha went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, going so far as to assist us with ironing our clothes. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the homemade bread.

During my Easter getaway, I was pleased by the spacious and comfortable rooms with modern fittings and cozy bedding. the overall setup was very nice, and the staff was welcoming. the hotel's location was convenient to access a big shopping mall and offered safe car parking.

The bathroom arrangements were not my cup of tea. the open plan bathroom and toilet made me feel uncomfortable, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower.
